Resolve is a project for young adults between 16 and 25 who are struggling to manage life. Anything from support with budgeting to house hunting, Resolve has been designed to help young people find solutions to the difficulties they face, with support and help.
If you or someone you know is between 16 and 25 then you can access the project at any time. Drop in and see us informally in the first instance at St Christopher's and we can arrange to offer help and support in the most appropriate way.
Recently we have also begun to work with Incommunities (one of the local Registered Social Landlords) who now refer new and existing tenants to us when there is a need for some support.
Other Partnerships
We are continuing to work in partnership with Impact living at Purbeck Court offering various activities which encourage a positive lifestyle! St Christopher's believe in working together to provide great quality services for young people living in Holme Wood. We often work with other specialised agencies to develop well rounded support packages for young adults.
